We acquire portfolios of mature private equity assets in the secondary market, enabling long standing investors in the asset class to realise non-core assets.

Hollyport also structures feeder funds which make primary commitments to selected leading funds in their market sector.

Our investors comprise institutions, family offices, endowments and high net worth individuals, for whom we structure portfolios to meet their specific investment objectives.

Hollyport Capital was formed in 2006. Its three partners have collectively over 75 years experience of the asset class. We use this extensive experience to structure transactions to meet the specific needs of all relevant stakeholders.
