Mitra Hamraz

Mitra joined Hollyport in 2022 as an Associate in the investment team in London. Within her role she performs investment analysis and modelling for potential acquisitions of private equity funds and portfolio companies, supporting the investment team’s due diligence process for new investment opportunities. This includes valuing businesses, reviewing private equity fund financial statements and performing due diligence on private equity managers.

Before joining Hollyport, Mitra was in the transaction advisory team at Tilney Smith & Williamson, performing financial due diligence across a variety of M&A transactions for corporate and private equity clients.

Mitra graduated with a BSc in Economics and Management from University Paris XI. She also has a Masters in Corporate Finance from Toulouse Business School. Mitra is fluent in French and Persian. Outside of work she enjoys yoga and tennis.
