Anoushka Ganjoo

Anoushka joined Hollyport in 2024 as an Investment Associate in the New York office. Her role entails supporting the team in assessing new investment opportunities, carrying out due diligence on private equity funds and their managers as well as financial modelling.

Before joining Hollyport Anoushka started her career interning at a number of different companies, IronHold Capital and IBM to name a couple. She then went on to work at J.P Morgan as an Analyst before moving in January 2023 to 50 South Capital.

Anoushka holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Boston College Carrol School of Management and is fluent in Hindi.

Outside of work Anoushka loves to spend time with friends and family, trying new cuisines or restaurants, traveling and reading. She grew up across three different countries so loves learning about different cultures.

Nicholas Miller

Nick joined Hollyport in 2024 as an Investment Associate in the New York office. His role entails supporting the team in assessing new investment opportunities, carrying out due diligence on private equity funds and their managers as well as financial modelling.

Nick joined Hollyport from CDX Advisors, a boutique M&A focused investment bank where he advised on transactions globally within the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) space. This experience covered both buy-side and sell-side engagements as well as growth equity capital raise advisory for companies seeking growth capital. Here he developed financial modelling skills and gained exposure to M&A process dynamics.

Nick holds a Master of Science Management from the University of Notre Dame.

Outside of work Nick enjoy exploring NYC’s often expanding restaurant scene, following Notre Dame football and walking his dog around Central Park.

Aanya Parikh

Aanya joined Hollyport in 2023 as an Associate in the investment team in New York. Within her role, Aanya works with the investment team to evaluate new opportunities, perform due diligence, and analyse potential transactions of private equity funds and companies alongside the investment team.

Before joining Hollyport, Aanya’s previous role involved diligencing private equity and venture capital managers, as well as co-investment opportunities alongside these managers.

Aanya studied at Brown University where she gained a BA in Economics and a BA in International Relations. Outside of work Aanya enjoys playing squash and reading. She is also fluent in Hindi.

Charlotte Gilliland

Charlotte joined Hollyport in 2023, and is a Senior Associate in the investor relations team in New York.

Charlotte joined the firm to lead the ongoing development of the IR function in Hollyport’s New York office, working cross-functionally with the investment and finance departments in London. Her focus is on building and maintaining institutional client relationships, particularly in the US market, and establishing best practice for marketing materials and internal processes. She manages US communication activities, including regular portfolio updates, and frequent ad-hoc investor requests.

Charlotte began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at UBS in the Leveraged Finance and Financial Sponsors Group. Most recently, she was an Associate on the Investor Relations & Fundraising team at Palladium Equity Partners.

Charlotte graduated from Georgetown University with a B.A. in Classics. Outside of work she enjoys travel, skiing, tennis, and the NYT crossword!

Jacqueline Balfour

Jacqueline joined Hollyport in July 2022 as Office Manager and Executive Assistant of the New York office. She oversees operational effectiveness, liaising with the London office to streamline work processes and procedures, and is integral to the New York team – serving as the welcome committee, office organiser, and skilled social secretary!

Jacqueline has over 25 years’ experience in the finance industry and brings a wealth of knowledge to Hollyport.

Outside of work Jaqueline is an avid reader and book club member. She loves to travel and has a passion for interior design.

Penn Conrad

Penn joined Hollyport in 2022 as an Associate in the investment team in New York. His role includes performing investment analysis and modelling for potential acquisitions of private equity funds and portfolio companies, supporting the investment team’s due diligence process for new investment opportunities. Since joining Hollyport, Penn has refined his investment appraisal skills and continues to develop his expertise in fund modelling.

Before joining Hollyport, Penn was a Senior Associate at Capital One in their strategy and corporate development group. He conducted due diligence on M&A opportunities and worked with the CEO on key strategic challenges.

Penn graduated from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, double Majoring in Finance and International Business. Outside of work, Penn enjoys tennis, skiing, and reading.

Domenique Juthenholtz

Domenique joined Hollyport in 2022 as an Associate in the investment team, based in New York. Her role is to evaluate, analyse, and model potential acquisitions of private equity funds and portfolio companies alongside the investment team. This involves valuing businesses, reviewing private equity fund financial statements and performing due diligence on private equity managers.

Before joining Hollyport, Domenique was a Senior Associate at KPMG in the alternative investment valuations group. Her role included the valuation of private and illiquid securities for fund managers across various asset classes.

Domenique gained a BBA in Finance with a Minor in Psychology at the Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business. She also speaks fluent Swedish. Her experience growing up in three different countries has helped her become an adaptable, open-minded and flexible member of the team. Outside of the office Domenique loves to travel, cook, hike, and tackle any racket sport.

Mike Catts

Mike is a Partner in the Investment Team, based in the New York office.

Mike joined Hollyport in 2022 as Head of the New York office, managing its growing team of investment associates.  Prior to joining Hollyport, Mike worked as a Managing Director at Evercore in Private Capital Advisory, where he was responsible for originating and advising owners of private financial assets on strategic and sale transaction alternatives available to them in the secondary market. He brings extensive experience to Hollyport, using his knowledge and industry contacts to source proprietary deal flow.

Mike began his career at Houlihan Lokey before going on to be a Director at UBS Investment Bank within the Private Funds Group. Mike graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Mike lives in Manhattan with his wife, two young children, and dog Paco.  Outside of work, he is an avid golfer and enjoys cooking interesting family meals on the weekends.

Kevin Land

Kevin joined Hollyport in 2022 as an Associate in the investment team in New York. His role is to introduce, analyse, and model potential acquisitions of private equity funds or portfolio companies alongside the investment team. This involves valuing businesses, reviewing private equity fund financial statements and performing due diligence on private equity managers.

Prior to joining Hollyport, Kevin worked as a senior associate at Alvarez and Marsal in the alternative investments department with a focus on portfolio valuation. He was primarily involved in the valuation of Level 3 assets, such as distressed debt and private equity investments.

Kevin gained a Major in Finance at Boston College, Carroll School of Management. In his free time, Kevin enjoys cooking and trying out new recipes. He also loves to be outside playing basketball and golf, and watching the Sacramento Kings.

Ali Stier

Ali joined Hollyport in 2022 as an Associate in the investment team in New York. Within her role, Ali works with the investment team to introduce new opportunities, perform due diligence, and analyse potential acquisitions of private equity funds and portfolio companies.

During Ali’s first year at Hollyport she spent six weeks working in the London office and enjoyed her time exploring the city. Since joining the firm she has deepened her analysis skills across different industries and continues to develop her expertise in fund modelling.

Ali studied at Cornell University where she gained a BSc in Human Development, with a Minor in both Health Policy and Business.

Outside of work Ali enjoys listening to music, trying out new restaurants and discovering new activities in New York City.
